This sea and land journey combines two of North America's greatest natural treasures - the dramatic Copper Canyon and the marine-rich waters of the Sea of Cortez. First, spend four days among hundreds of playful dolphins, snorkeling with sea lions, kayaking, birdwatching, observing marine life, and hiking on uninhabited desert islands as you cruise on the 62-guest National Geographic Sea Lion. After the voyage, board the Chihuahua al Pacifico Railroad for views of the Copper Canyon, one of the world's most impressive landscapes, where you will encounter the reclusive Tarahumara Indians, who are natives of the canyon. Finally spend two nights in a delightful lodge on the canyon's spectacular rim.
